Note that places in all year groups are currently full and have extensive waitlists.
We are now accepting enrolment applications for:
- Year 7 2026-27 and beyond
- very limited places (if they become available) for Years 7-12 2025.
Offers for Year 7 2025 have been made (as per the Enrolment Priority list in our guiding CSBB Enrolment Principles document). Due to overwhelming demand, there is already an extensive waitlist for 2025. Any further offers will be made as soon as possible to those on the waitlist as we are advised of changes of circumstances to those given offers. We advise all interested families to apply as soon as possible if they would like to be added to our waitlist (note St Leo’s does not charge application or enrolment fees).
New enquiries should first complete the CSBB (Catholic Schools Broken Bay) Quick Online Enrolment Enquiry Form. Our Registrar will then contact you within 1-2 school days (during term time) to advise you of the latest information regarding your relevant year group/s.
Note, if your child is currently enrolled in a St Leo’s Priority Feeder School or any CSBB (Catholic Schools Broken Bay) primary school, you are eligible for PRIORITY enrolment. However, we cannot guarantee a place, and you must still complete an Online Enrolment Enquiry Form within designated enrolment windows to notify us of your interest in St Leo’s. As a general guide, we suggest you complete an online Enrolment Enquiry Form ASAP and complete the enrolment application for your child no later than Years 3 or 4.
Immediate Enrolments
We currently have significant waitlists for all year groups for ASAP starts as we are very near maximum capacity. These waiting lists are however constantly evolving as we are advised of changed circumstances, and we contact those next on our waitlists as soon as places become available.
We recommend any interested families complete our Quick Online Enrolment Enquiry Form in the first instance, and our Registrar will contact you within 1-2 school days (during term time) to discuss your individual situation. Note St Leo’s has no fees for enrolment applications. Thank you for your patience as we continuously try to accommodate as many families as possible.
Our Enrolment Principles
As part of Catholic Schools Broken Bay (CSBB), we are an inclusive and evangelising community. We welcome every family who would like a Catholic education for their children and strive to respond to the needs of all students, within the constraints of our available resources. We believe all students should have access to our schools which offer educational opportunities that nurture the Catholic faith, expand life choices, cater for the disadvantaged, and challenge all students to reach their full potential. When to Apply
We recommend all interested families enquire and apply as soon as possible as demand for places significantly outstrips available places each year. As a result, we are now receiving applications up to 2036! Please complete an Enrolment Enquiry Form in the first instance and our Registar will contact you within 1-2 school days to discuss availability for your specific year group and based on your situation.
Year 7 Entry
Starting high school is such an exciting time, and we are excited that you are considering St Leo’s for your daughter or son.
We encourage applications for Year 7 enrolment in particular as soon as possible for future planning purposes. We endeavour to offer early rounds of places to students early to mid-way while students are in Year 5, so suggest most applications be made while students are in Years 3-4, or as early as possible. We will however accept applications at any time if places are available so please do not hesitate to enquire.
Year 11 Entry
Applications for Year 11 are encouraged as soon as possible to allow for subject selections to be taken into account during Terms 2-3 the year before (while students are in Year 10). Support is available from our Careers and Pathways Advisers if required for subjects best suited to meet the goals of each learner.
Entry into Other Year Groups
We are happy to accept applications at any time for any year group and will do our best to accommodate requests and special circumstances, however please note that we currently have very limited vacancies and waiting lists apply for most year groups. Please contact us to enquire about current availability for the Year Group you are interested in.
St Leo’s Priority Feeder Schools Program
If you are coming from a Catholic Schools Broken Bay (CSBB) primary school, you may be eligible for priority entry to St Leo’s (subject to enrolment windows) and a range of other benefits as part of this program. Our Registrar will discuss priority entry availability with you upon application or enquiry.
Please note, students from Priority Feeder Schools still need to advise us of their interest in St Leo’s by completing an Enrolment Enquiry Form and following the application process by the due dates as advised by our Registrar.
College Fees
Our Schedule of Fees includes an Education Fee, Supplementary Program Fees for Camps/Retreats and the College Annual (as available). Sibling discounts apply to the Education Fee only, providing a 20% reduction for the second child, 50% for the third child and 100% for fourth and subsequent children. Sibling discounts are applicable across systemic secondary and primary schools within the Diocese of Broken Bay (refer to the CSBB School Fee Management Policy).

Billing and Payment
School fees are billed annually at the beginning of Term 1 and are due in 10 monthly instalments. The first instalment is due on the 21 February and the last payment date 21 November. Our preferred method of payment for fees is BPay. Fees can also be paid by EFTPOS or credit card – please contact College Reception.
