St Leo’s Catholic College is a located on six hectares in the leafy suburb of Wahroonga and is the only co-educational Catholic secondary school on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. We are a caring, inclusive community renowned for our pastoral care, with a strong emphasis on knowing each student and growing their unique potential. EDUCATOR AWARDS | Among the awards presented as part of this week's special assembly, three of our teachers received their certificates for achieving accreditation as Highly Accomplished and Lead (HALT) teachers. ![]()
HALT accreditation is a rigorous process and a significant professional achievement, recognising teachers who demonstrate the highest levels of classroom practice, professional knowledge and leadership in education. ![]()
Their achievements are even more significant considering that there are currently only 45 HALT teachers across the entire Broken Bay Diocese. This places our three teachers among a very small and highly respected group of educators.![]()
